A. Boardable employs best practices in web development to ensure that all data, user information, and documents are fully secure. This includes the use of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certification and Amazon Web Services (AWS). All information within Boardable is private, and will never be shared with any third parties. Additionally, Boardable administrators have no access to a user's password or payment data.
Q. What devices work with Boardable?
A. Boardable is currently designed to work on desktops, laptops and tablets, and all of Boardable's features work seamlessly on these devices. We are currently exploring the best course of action for mobile phones, and we anticipate releasing a mobile version of Boardable in the near future.
Q. Does a Boardable account include 24/7 support?
A. Boardable support currently consists of rapid email response to issues and questions. We have a support team that can be reached via email 24/7, and responses to issues can be expected within 48 hours.
Q. Is there a limit to the number of users that my organization can have in Boardable?
A. Organizations can have any number of users. The current pricing model allows for up to 20 users on a group plan, 40 on a team plan, and 80 on an organization plan, but if an organization needs to allow more than 80 users they can move to an enterprise plan.
